Terms of Service
Last updated August 17, 2026
These terms apply when you make an offer on an item at an Estate Greats estate sale. By submitting an offer, you agree to them.
Making an offer
An offer is a request to buy an item at the price you name — it is not a purchase and does not reserve the item. Estate Greats may accept, decline, or counter any offer at our discretion. Items may sell in person to another buyer before your offer is accepted.
If your offer is accepted
If we accept your offer, we'll text you a confirmation and, when applicable, a link to pay. Accepted items are held for a short window shown in that message; if payment isn't completed in time, the hold may be released and the item made available again.
Items are sold as-is
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties of any kind. Estate sale merchandise is used and may have wear or flaws. Please inspect items before buying. All sales are final.
Payment and pickup
Payment is due when your offer is accepted, per the message you receive. Online payments are processed by Square. You are responsible for picking up purchased items according to the sale's pickup times and instructions.
Text messages
By submitting an offer you consent to receive texts from Estate Greats about it. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estate Greats is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the offer process or the items themselves. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Questions? Reach us through estategreats.net.
