This policy explains what information Estate Greats collects when you make an offer on an item at one of our estate sales, and how we use it. By submitting an offer, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
When you submit an offer we collect your name, mobile phone number, the item you're interested in, and the amount you offer. If your offer is accepted and you pay online, payment is handled by Square — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information only to run the offer:
- to review and respond to your offer;
- to text you about your offer (accepted, countered, or declined);
- to arrange payment and pickup if it's accepted.
Text messages
By giving us your number and submitting an offer, you consent to receive text messages from Estate Greats about that offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that let us run the offer — our text-messaging provider and Square (for payment) — and only as needed to serve you, or if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep offer information as long as needed to run the sale and for our normal business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. To ask a question or request deletion of your information, reach us through estategreats.net.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
